You’ll build the foundations for how millions of connected energy devices coordinate with the grid, helping unlock the next phase of the renewable energy transition.You’ll be part of Team Flex, a small, fast-moving, and high-impact team working closely with the CTO and customer-facing teams to bring our flexibility orchestration product from 0 → 1.Flex started as an initiative shared across teams, but is now becoming a dedicated product area with its own roadmap and growing customer demand.In this role, you will: <ul style=""><li>Design, build, and scale the backend systems that power our flexibility engine, from real-time asset connectivity and site-level optimization to aggregated-load modeling, dispatch, and control.</li><li>Collaborate with engineers across Enode to extend the existing platform for more complex grid-scale use cases.</li><li>Work directly with customers and internal stakeholders to translate complex requirements into robust, production-ready systems.</li><li>Own the reliability and scalability of key systems as we move from pilots to live customer deployments.</li><li>Approach problems with a builder’s mindset, combining speed and pragmatism with a high bar for quality.</li></ul><h2>This role will be right for you, if:</h2>You’re energized by the challenge of building something new.
