This role will be responsible for accurately preparing data to evaluate and price for our retail energy customers. This position will be responsible for working closely with trading, sales, enrollments, billing and IT.In this role, you will be involved with the following:Pricing/ Structuring <ul><li>Develop, maintain, and continuously refine ERCOT non-energy cost forecasts </li><li>Own the creation of forward non-energy curves by synthesizing market data, ISO settlements, and historical cost drivers into transparent, defensible forecasts.</li><li>Track forecast vs. actuals for all ERCOT cost components; identify and explain key drivers of variance and recommend corrective forecast adjustments.</li><li>Support custom deal pricing requests from brokers and origination by structuring ERCOT-specific supply offers, terms, and optionality scenarios.</li><li>Contribute to the design and calibration of ERCOT pricing tools, model logic, and data automation to improve speed, accuracy, and transparency.</li><li>Partner with Market Operations to validate settlement data, reconcile model assumptions, and capture emerging ERCOT rule or cost changes in pricing logic.</li><li>Provide training and documentation for pricing analysts, ensuring consistent ERCOT knowledge across the broader pricing team.</li><li>Establish and maintain ERCOT pricing governance standards, ensuring all model inputs, assumptions, and approval workflows are fully documented and auditable.</li><li>Create and manage version-controlled libraries for non-energy curves, charge code mappings, and pricing assumptions to ensure consistency across offers.</li></ul>To be successful in this role, you are likely to have the following skills/experience:<ul><li>5+ years' experience in retail energy, specifically within the ERCOT market</li><li>Proven ability to produce timely and accurate price forecasts</li><li>Demonstrated ability to produce non-energy curves and track forecasts vs actuals</li><li>Ability to collaborate and communicate with Channel Partner Managers and Brokers on any pricing related questions</li></ul> DiversityCelebrating our inclusive and diverse culture is core to what we do.
