AECOM is seeking a Traffic Monitoring Trainer to be based in Columbia, South Carolina.The routine responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>Technical development of initial and recurrent training programs related to Control Room Operations</li><li>Design and implementation of a formal, multi-level position certification program to include updating as new materials require inclusion</li><li>Administrative management of staff training files</li><li>Preparation and delivery of reports on training status and results</li><li>Design and implementation of an operations employee performance auditing program</li><li>Implementation of an employee award and recognition program based on the successful completion of initial and recurrent training programs</li><li>Training facilitation to include materials development, curriculum design, and delivery</li><li>Perform operator quality control audits - may support in the future</li><li>Perform reviews and updates of SOP materials - may support in the future</li><li>Assist in major event response planning and real-time management, including incident response plans for major public events, severe weather anomalies, and evacuations - may support in the future</li></ul>
