Job DescriptionThe Firm is seeking to add a resource to support its Platform Operations team in its New York office. The Platform Operations team is responsible for managing (1) the execution and onboarding of new products created for BOWS, (2) the operational onboarding of new relationships for products distributed by BOWS, and (3) the oversight of the BOWS feeder fund platforms and the semi-liquid products. This individual will work on data reconciliation and small scale projects across the various funds supported by Platform Operations initially, with a goal to be trained to handle an individual product solo after a number of months. The person will interact regularly with IT, Sales, Investor Relations, Fund Finance and operation professionals as well as senior management. The individual assuming this role should have strong problem solving abilities as well as being organized and self-motivated to be able to run independently with projects.  <h2>Responsibilities:</h2><ul><li>Assist in the implementation and execution of processes and procedures for investor related activity, including subscriptions, transfers, and redemptions</li><li>Review subscription materials and other investor-related documentation and track information related thereto</li><li>Review third party service provider reporting and perform reconciliation of investor trades</li><li>Communicate with internal teams regarding monthly trade activity and respond to inquiries regarding trade placement activity</li><li>Maintain log of open items and work across internal and external parties on issue resolution</li><li>Monitor fund deadlines and create and maintain calendars of key fund dates</li><li>Coordinate with third-party service providers to monitor ongoing fund operations</li><li>Assist in monthly regulatory reporting</li><li>Respond to ad-hoc requests from the team  </li></ul><h2>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:</h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree.</li><li>Proven ability to learn quickly and prioritize multiple projects.</li><li>Strong technical skills that can contribute to automation and process improvement.  </li><li>Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment</li><li>Strong oral and written communication skills</li><li>Excellent critical thinking and organizational skills</li><li>Capable of anticipating and accommodating the needs of team members and adapting to the changing needs of the organization.  </li><li>Energetic and willing to get involved where needed.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).  </li><li>Exceptional attention to detail, placing a high priority on accuracy.</li><li>Strong analytical, project and time management skills  </li><li>Experience with semi-liquid funds.</li></ul>Salary Range: $80,000 - 90,000Our compensation structure is comprised of a base salary and a short-term incentive program (cash bonus).
