The ideal candidate has strong critical thinking skills, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Responsibilities:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to execute the following tasks:<ul><li>Remove the 8" RO membranes from pressure vessels and install new membranes per specifications.</li><li>Inspect and prepare housings for membrane installation, ensuring proper seals, O-rings, and end caps are in place.</li><li>Follow safety procedures, maintain a safe working environment, and promote a safety-conscious culture.</li><li>Travel to multiple customer sites to perform change-outs and service activities, often working with various water treatment technologies.</li><li>Take care of company property, tools, and equipment.</li><li>Demonstrate a high-impact culture through innovation, accountability, and empowerment.</li><li>Function effectively in a team environment but also work independently when required.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Previous experience in industrial maintenance, water treatment, or membrane change-outs is a plus but not required.</li><li>Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to use hand tools and basic troubleshooting skills.</li><li>Customer service experience and the ability to communicate technical information.
