This role provides a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of bank origination, capital solutions, and relationship management, working directly with ACS leadership and product teams across Apollo.The candidate will be responsible for supporting coordination and management of Apollo’s relationships with European banks and capital markets partners. The successful candidate will combine strong analytical skills, market awareness, and relationship acumen to help advance Apollo’s strategic initiatives with financial institutions. This high-visibility role offers broad interaction across Apollo, providing a front-row seat to Apollo’s evolving partnerships with leading banks.Primary Responsibilities:<ul><li>Support relationship management and coverage efforts across European banks, including DCM, leveraged finance, sponsor coverage, and capital markets desks</li><li>Work closely with the respective Senior Relationship Manager to coordinate outreach, follow-up, and strategic dialogue with senior relationship managers and partner institutions</li><li>Track and analyze pipeline activity, relationship metrics (e.g. fee wallet, origination flow, capital outstanding), and partnership opportunities to drive strategic insights and reporting</li><li>Prepare briefing materials, relationship maps, and updates for internal stakeholders, including ACS and Apollo leadership</li><li>Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities and help shape partnership priorities</li><li>Contribute to CRM management, data integrity initiatives, and process enhancements across the ACS coverage platform.</li><li>Partner with global teams to ensure consistent connectivity and information flow across regions and between origination, product, and capital markets teams</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>2+ years of experience in investment banking, capital markets, consulting, or a related financial services field</li><li>Prior experience working with banking or capital markets counterparties preferred</li><li>Undergraduate degree from a leading academic institution with a record of academic achievement</li><li>Demonstrated ability to support senior client and counterparty interactions with professionalism and precision</li><li>Excellent analytical, financial modelling, and project management skills, with strong attention to detail</li><li>Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional, global teams within a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident engaging with senior stakeholders both internally and externally</li><li>Strong understanding of banking/capital markets, or relationship management functions</li><li>Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for building and deepening strategic partnerships</li><li>Self-starter with a willingness to execute projects on a small, nimble team</li><li>Excels in a rigorous and fast-paced work environment</li></ul>ABOUT APOLLOApollo is a high-growth, global alternative asset manager.
