Responsibilities / Tasks1. Manage and constantly improve workshop, its assets and operations.2. Prepare quotations for compressor overhauls.3. Arrange overhaul execution and job reporting4. Manage compressor exchange program.5. Manage training center (at the same location)6. Execute overhaul trainings.7. Arrange maintenance of workshop and training center assets8. Develops and supports relations with existing customers and develop new customers9. Promote GEA HRT New Machines and services to the market10. Makes sure offers are prepared on time and followed up11. Ensures OI and Margin targets are met12. Participates in best practice implementation13. Ensures alignment and close cooperation with other colleagues from GEA Thailand and other countries where needed.14. Ensures that the customers of HRT Division in your region are fully satisfied by service level provided (focus on availability for their requests, speed of answer)15. Manages local team of service technicians, and other functions if applicable16. Support resolution of difficult technical matters, warranty cases17. Support execution of contracted jobs18. Train &amp; coach less experienced service engineers of GEA ,hands-on mechanical and electrical skills, troubleshooting skills, knowledge of equipment, maintenance &amp; repair proceduresYour Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>Relevant technical education</li><li>Other development courses and programs are of advantage</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in refrigeration or compression service, maintenance, repair and commissioning</li><li>Excellent mechanical &amp; electrical skills &amp; knowledge</li><li>Good refrigeration process knowledge</li><li>Troubleshooting skills</li><li>Basic knowledge of automation</li><li>Good reporting skills</li><li>Coaching/training skills or experience is an advantage</li><li>Service sales experience is an advantage</li><li>People management experience is an advantage</li><li>English (pre-intermediate or better),</li><li>Good general communication skills</li><li>Commercial skills and attitude</li><li>Analytical skills</li><li>Organizational skills</li><li>Problem-solving attitude &amp; skills</li><li>Strong commitment to achieving goals</li><li>Strong Customer orientation</li><li>Self-motivation<ul></ul></li></ul>Did we spark your interest?
