We are a global company, and our products—including mobile elevating work platforms, telehandlers, utility vehicles and accessories—can be found all over the world.JOB SUMMARY: The overall scope of the Production Worker is to perform tasks associated with the installation and assembly of equipment for the Port Macquarie manufacturing business.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.<ul><li>Assist in the Installation, assembly, maintenance and repair of equipment</li><li>Carry out all functions in a manner that ensures safety to both personnel and equipment and in accordance with occupational health and safety regulations.</li><li>Accept responsibility for the day-to-day activities required and undertaken at the work site</li><li>Co-operate with co-workers in creating smooth workflow, including assisting with each other’s work, when necessary</li><li>Assist in testing and commissioning of equipment</li><li>Perform assembly line duties.</li><li>Assembling of components.</li><li>Assisting in the development of new employees, maintaining a tidy and safe work environment.</li><li>Any other duty as assigned by your manager from time to time</li></ul>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  <ul><li>Previous experience in a similar role</li><li>Proficient Language, Literacy and Numeracy including the ability to write job notes, read safety information and understand basic numeracy such as time, parts numbers and quantities</li><li>Ability to work independently and as a team</li></ul>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:  <ul><li>Reliable and punctual</li><li>Able to take direction and work as a part of a busy team</li><li>Good communication skills</li><li>Good technical knowledge</li></ul>
