This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of project management principles. Responsibilities • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects • Monitor project progress against schedule and take corrective action as needed • Identify potential risks and issues early on and develop mitigation strategies • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any problems or disputes that arise during project execution • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards • Document and maintain records related to project activities and communications • Report to senior management on project status and provide updates throughout the lifecycle of each project Qualifications •Required Skills/ Knowledge<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of contract/commercial management experience (preferably in construction projects)</li><li>Experienced in dealing with external stakeholders (Clients/ Main Subcontractors)</li><li>Risk Management Experience</li><li>Contract Management Experience</li><li>Excellence in Achieving Assigned Objectives</li><li>Experience in the rail sector highly appreciated</li><li>Experience/skills in Project Management or similar role will be considered  </li></ul>Education / Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Law/Business AdministrationSpecialization in Construction Law/Business Administration will be considered Languages Spanish mother tongue or fluentConversational English levelThank you for your interest in Hitachi Rail.
