Building the core services that power our autonomous fleet and developing the next generation of our sustainable vehicle technology. As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of talented engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and high performance.<h3>You will: </h3><ul><li>Lead and Mentor: Manage and coach a team of hardware engineers, supporting their career growth and skill development.</li><li>Strategy and Execution: Partner with Product Management and other stakeholders to define the technical roadmap, set clear objectives, and ensure high-quality, timely delivery of projects.</li><li>Technical Excellence: Drive best practices in hardware development, including design reviews, testing, monitoring, and operational excellence to maintain a scalable and robust platform.</li><li>Hiring and Growth: Play a key role in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new engineering talent to expand the team's capabilities.</li><li>Culture Building: Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and results-oriented environment where team members feel empowered to take ownership and innovate.</li></ul><h3>We expect you to have:</h3><ul><li>Experience: Solid background as a successful engineering manager or technical lead with experience managing a team.</li><li>Technical Depth: Strong technical foundation in Embedded Systems and Mechanical Design, with the ability to dive into complex technical discussions and guide architectural decisions.</li><li>Leadership: Proven track record of shipping complex projects and motivating teams to achieve ambitious goals.</li><li>Soft Skills: Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.</li></ul>This is a full-time position based in Gothenburg.
