The ideal candidate will understand production processes, be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and work to meet objectives while maintaining quality and safety standards. This role is critical in ensuring that trailers and tanks are properly regenerated and meet all specifications.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Operate plant equipment to regenerate trailers and tanks, monitor the regeneration process, and ensure consistent quality.</li><li>Conduct quality checks and pressure testing on tanks to verify compliance with specifications.</li><li>Follow WMS procedures, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality standards.</li><li>Maintain a safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.</li><li>Remain productive and focused while standing and working 10–12 hours per shift.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize processes.</li><li>Maintain accurate production and quality records.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Industrial or manufacturing experience preferred.</li><li>Basic mechanical aptitude; familiarity with piping, pressure systems, and plant equipment.</li><li>Ability to follow detailed processes and procedures.</li><li>Forklift certification or willingness to obtain.</li><li>Strong attention to safety and quality.</li><li>Flexible, team-oriented, and able to adapt to varying production demands.</li><li></li></ul>Physical Requirements:<ul><li>Must be able to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks</li><li>Able to lift and maneuver moderate loads as needed.</li></ul>Benefits: The estimated pay for this position is $20 an hour.
