Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Support for the Vileda Professional Export Marketing team in daily operational tasks and ongoing projects</li><li>Collaboration with agencies to create marketing materials for online channels, trade fairs, conferences, and customer mailings</li><li>Participation in digital marketing activities, including website maintenance, Google and LinkedIn campaigns, and content creation</li><li>Support for product launches, including volume planning, price calculation, and customer communication</li><li>Analysis of market, sales, and customer data and deriving actionable recommendations</li><li>Preparation of presentations, webinars, and internal communication materials</li><li>Independent contribution of ideas and suggestions to optimize B2B marketing activities</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Ongoing studies in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a comparable field (at least 4th semester of a Bachelor’s degree or preferably Master’s)</li><li>Initial practical experience through internships or student jobs in marketing or related areas</li><li>Ideally, knowledge in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, content creation, social media)</li><li>Basic knowledge of SEO/SEA or digital marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) is an advantage</li><li>Excellent English and German skills, both written and spoken, for effective communication in international teams</li><li>Proficient in common IT programs (MS Office, MS Teams, MS Outlook)</li><li>Strong affinity for digital media and ability to independently generate marketing ideas</li><li>Analytical thinking, accuracy, and conscientiousness, even when working remotely</li><li>Team-oriented, independent, and proactive work style; ability to take responsibility and quickly familiarize yourself with new topics</li><li>Availability for 6 months, with the option to extend</li></ul>The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
