Additionally, they must effectively communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner, assess the effectiveness of training sessions, and make necessary improvements. Collaboration with operations to ensure Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) are secured for training sessions requiring them. Meticulous management of the LMS ensures accurate tracking of progress and certifications.
