Title: Key Account ManagerReports To: Sales DirectorSupervises: N/ATypical Duties: <ul><li>Lead and manage OEM key customer’s sales and service.</li><li>Build up long-term customer strategy planning and ensure successful execution.</li><li>Develop new OEM customers and projects, independently handle the whole process.</li><li>Keep good working relationship with OEM customers and responsible for meeting OE customers’ needs and solve problems to exceed customer’s expectations.</li><li>Achieves annual KPIs to meet annual financial commitments (volume, margin, new business).</li><li>Influences customer’s technology choice to align with the Company’s technology roadmap.</li><li>Understands the market, basic knowledge of vehicle architecture, our Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities and Threats.</li></ul>  Requirements: <ul><li>BA degree, MBA or master is preferred.</li><li>8 years + Sales &amp; Marketing experience, at least 5 years in OEM sales field.</li><li>Language skill of Japanese is preferred.</li><li>Excellent Problem Solving and Information seeking, analysis skill.</li><li>Technical knowledge of lead-acid, and Lithium-Ion batteries and systems preferred.</li><li>Excellent impacting communications and internal resources managing skill.</li><li>Outstanding Network building and business savvy</li><li>Assertive and energetic, able to work under pressure.</li><li>Computer competence, financial savvy, and English language fluency required.</li><li>Working conditions: Requires 50% or above travel.</li></ul>Clarios is the global leader in advanced, low-voltage battery technologies for mobility.
