This role is critical in enhancing our market share and promoting our comprehensive portfolio of Service Business unit to Transmission and Distribution Utilities, Industries, EPCs, Data Centres, and end customers, including Wind and Solar Farm Operators.How you’ll make an impact: <ul><li>You will collaborate with Hitachi Energy Service Sales Manager and Front-End Sales Team on promoting Digital &amp; Service portfolio, planning, developing, and delivering the Sales &amp; marketing strategy for the service portfolio including long-term service level agreements.</li><li>You will focus on installed base penetration (IB) and sell the entire Service product portfolio in collaboration with other service units, build long term customer relationships, and ensure immediate response to specific customer needs and issues.</li><li>You will work with existing &amp; new customers to identify opportunities and analyze customers' needs to recommend services and/or solutions that best meet the customers' requirements, actively engage with Data center, mining, industrial and renewable customers for Substation level &amp; Balance of Plant level Service level agreement (SLA) and package service solutions.</li><li>You will promptly follow up on RFQ, Tenders and other customer-based actions to produce the most compelling, concise proposal response, competitive prices, credit terms, and support preparation of sales offers. Previous experience or knowledge of service level agreement, maintenance master service agreement, commissioning, repair, and spare parts would be highly considered\.</li><li>Being familiar with GIS, GCB, AIS circuit breakers, Transformer &amp; other high voltage equipment’s digital solutions, especially exposure to Hitachi Energy Digital Portfolio would be desirable. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.</li><li>Strategic Business Acumen, and resilience in sales pursuits.
