You’ll be the go-to person for shaping how we manage billing at a regional level, balancing customer experience, compliance, and smooth processes at scale.</span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="font-size:18px;">This role is about setting direction, making priorities clear, and working hand-in-hand with Kraken, Octopus Energy Engineering teams, and our local Ops teams in each country (France, Italy, Spain, Germany and UK).
