Our expectation is that you spend at least 3 days a week in the office so that you can build relationships and collaborate with colleagues across the business.</span></div><br><br><h3>What you'll do</h3><ul><li>Develop and inspire the incredible team of accountants who run our Gross Margin reporting</li><li>Build and prioritise our roadmap, and drive forward projects to improve the accuracy and scope of our reporting and analysis, balancing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities</li><li>Review month end financial reporting, and lead on year end audit from the Gross Margin team’s perspective</li><li>Business partner with various teams across the business and drive actionable insights from the Gross Margin reporting</li><li>Present results to the wider team and communicate clearly with senior management</li></ul><h3>What you'll need</h3><ul><li>To be able to do this role well you’ll need a combination of these four areas:</li><li>A:	Financial experience (probably as an ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified accountant)</li><li>B:	Data experience (especially of complex data pipelines and perhaps hands-on skills in SQL/Python)</li><li>C: Leadership and management experience</li><li>D:	Energy industry knowledge</li><li>We aren’t necessarily looking for someone who is “10-out-of-10” in all these areas; but rather someone who has good experience in most of them, combined with a flexible and enthusiastic approach.</li></ul><br><div>💚 Why else you'll love it here 💚 </div><div><br></div><div>• <b>💰 Wondering what the salary for this role is? </b>Just ask us!
