As the Facilities Director, you will own capital projects; the development, renovation, and maintenance of company facilities; inventory operations; and health and safety. You will work directly with the engineering and operations teams to ensure we are effectively positioned to begin delivering reactors to customers.Responsibilities and Duties:<ul><li>Lead construction projects in support of the company mission.</li><li>Drive development and adherence to Radiant’s Environmental, Health, and Safety programs.</li><li>Develop a preventative maintenance program for facilities and equipment, such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and life safety.</li><li>Maintain high standards for cleanliness and housekeeping.</li><li>Oversee on-site contractors to ensure work is meeting standards, delivered on time, and on budget.</li><li>Lead space planning for all office, manufacturing, and inventory locations.</li><li>Continuous improvement of infrastructure and operations.</li><li>On-call support for any facility related issues or emergencies.</li><li>Mentorship and management of a cross-functional facilities and operations team.</li></ul>Required Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum 5 years in a related role.</li><li>Experience working within quality programs and developing standard operating procedures.</li><li>Prior ownership of budgets in excess of $1M.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.</li></ul>Desired Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>Prior experience in the nuclear or aerospace industries.</li><li>Expertise in warehouse operational management, including labor planning, infrastructure, and software.</li><li>Experience navigating complex regulatory environments.</li><li>Familiarity with OSHA regulations and previous ownership of Environmental, Health, and Safety programs.</li><li>"No task too small” attitude.
