As a SaaS Engineer, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our services while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Technical SaaS Support:<ul><li>Handle first-level requests from the biggest Renewable Energy Actors, providing efficient solutions to PV or BESS technical issues and discussing more complex problems with the Senior SaaS Engineer team when necessary.</li><li>Assist the service delivery team with the deployment of assets into the SynaptiQ platform.</li><li>Understand clients' needs and translate these into appropriate technical solutions.</li><li>Support clients in maximizing their usage of SynaptiQ.</li></ul> 2.
