You’ll also champion HR best practice and support AD Group HR activities as required.What We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for an experienced HR professional with 3–5 years in a senior HR role, preferably within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You’ll have strong leadership skills, experience managing complex ER cases, delivering organisational change, and working with Trade Unions in a heavily unionised environment.
