Duties include:1. Guide cross-functional program planning and execution for manufacturing processdevelopment and scaling for battery production; maintain program documentation,including project charters, schedules, risks assessments, and status reports;2. Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for manufacturingengineering projects, indicating critical path and key decision milestones while ensuringalignment with company production goals;3. Ensure manufacturability, cost-efficiency, and high product quality in collaboration withproduct design, process engineering, and quality teams;4. Optimize production efficiency and reduce waste using lean manufacturing principles andthrough continuous improvement initiatives;5. Translate the top-down corporate strategy and milestones into detailed road maps,timelines, and deliverables;6. Responsible for new production line installations, interfacing with vendors, contractors,and internal teams to define requirements, resolve issues, and ensure timely projectdelivery;7. Ensure program compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards across allphases of the product lifecycle;8.
