You will support the successful delivery of the first silicon anode plant in Europe, to be situated in Eindhoven. You will be involved in the installation oversight of all electrical systems, such as the utility, (gas) safety and power distribution systems. From 2027 onwards – You will be responsible for maintaining and improving equipment performance across the facility, with a strong focus on vacuum deposition systems and all ancillary equipment &amp; utilities required to run these. You will ensure the reliability, maintainability, safety of both equipment and infrastructure and drive continuous improvements.What will be your responsibilities? Phase 1: Project Phase (until end of 2026)<ul><li>You will be involved in the Plant One start-up phase, where the new plant utilities will be made operational and the new machines will be assembled and commissioned. You will be added to the equipment group, responsible for the new plant and equipment installation.</li><li>The existing machines will be fully in production and are a very good learning experience of the processes and maintenance requirements.
