Engagement<ul style=""><li style="font-size:11pt;margin:0px;line-height:1.38;">Act as the first point of contact for team members and site visitors, creating a professional and friendly atmosphere.</li><li style="font-size:11pt;margin:0px;line-height:1.38;">Resolve employee-relations issues with discretion and professionalism, escalating as needed.</li><li style="font-size:11pt;margin:0px;line-height:1.38;">Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, such as site events, celebrations, and cross-team gatherings; support company-wide events.</li><li style="font-size:11pt;margin:0px;line-height:1.38;">Help define and refine operating procedures and guidelines to improve the employee experience and further embed our culture of “We are customer-focused, We are rigorous, We are bold, We are one, We are candid.”</li></ul>Office Management<ul style=""><li style="font-size:11pt;margin:0px;line-height:1.38;">Maintain a well-organized, inviting and high-functioning office environment, from greeting new hires and visitors to managing meeting spaces, tech set-up, supplies and vendor relationships.</li><li style="font-size:11pt;margin:0px;line-height:1.38;">Proactively manage supplies, inventory and common-area upkeep, ensuring our physical workspace aligns with our brand and culture.</li><li style="font-size:11pt;margin:0px;line-height:1.38;">Prepare conference rooms, ensure tech is functioning, coordinate logistics for meetings and trainings.</li><li style="font-size:11pt;margin:0px;line-height:1.38;">Coordinate company housing and some travel accommodations for team members and visitors traveling to the Texas site, ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay.</li></ul>What you bring to Plantible:<ul style=""><li style="font-size:12pt;margin:0px;line-height:1.38;">Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.</li><li style="font-size:12pt;margin:0px;line-height:1.38;">2 + years of HR/People Operations experience (ideally in a small to medium company or startup environment) delivering HR operations, compliance, onboarding/offboarding, employee relations.</li><li style="font-size:12pt;margin:0px;line-height:1.38;">Strong working knowledge of U.S. federal and Texas state employment laws and regulations.</li><li style="font-size:12pt;margin:0px;line-height:1.38;">Excellent organizational, time-management and multitasking ability;
