You will be challenged every day and probably have a lot of fun.</span></div><br><br><h3>How you will contribute to revolutionizing electric aviation:</h3><ul><li>Hands-on assembly of electric powertrain components</li><li>Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the manufacturing processes as the key process owner</li><li>Performing in-process quality control inspection tasks, feeling comfortable identifying and raising concern about process deviations and being integral part of any troubleshooting efforts to solve them</li><li>Maintaining accurate and clear manufacturing documentation in compliance with both internal and external quality systems or regulations. Documentation to include up-to-date assembly process documentation as well as process data (fastener torque, electrical checks, etc.)  The candidate should have a drive for organization such that build processes and manufacturing data can easily be audited</li><li>Performing regular inspection and cleaning of manufacturing equipment along with routine maintenance to keep operations running flawlessly</li><li>Maintaining maintenance logs for all machines or processes they oversee, which requires proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software</li><li>Providing regular productivity reports, and incident reports as needed</li><li>Using all mandated safety equipment and complies with all safety requirements in accordance with company and government regulations and guidelines</li><li>Performing other work-related duties as assigned</li></ul><h3>Minimum Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>Two-year degree or certificate from an accredited two (2) year college, university, or technical school preferred</li><li>Knowledge of, and ability to apply, the principles of Six Sigman/Continuous Improvement, Lean 5S and Kanban preferred</li><li>Ability to operate hand and power tools</li><li>Ability to Interpret drawings, specifications, and schematics of mechanical and electrical components</li><li>Understanding of how electric motors work</li><li>Good team communication skills required</li><li>Microsoft Tools – Outlook, Work, Excel, PowerPoint</li></ul><h3>Above and Beyond Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>Previous experience building electric Motors</li><li>Previous Computer-Aided Design (CAD) experience – Specifically 3DX/Catia</li><li>Aerospace manufacturing experience</li><li>Experience taking a new product from engineering release to full-rate production</li><li>Ability to stand for long periods of time</li><li>Ability to perform repetitive tasks</li><li>Manual Dexterity</li></ul><br><div><span style="font-size:18px;"><b>Build electric airplanes with us!</b></span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="font-size:16px;">We encourage all driven candidates to apply, even if they do not meet every listed qualification.</span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="font-size:16px;">We are an equal opportunity employer.
