This role is crucial in ensuring the seamless operation of our IoT network, which supports over 200,000 devices through multiple-cellular IoT providers. The IoT Operations Engineer will monitor device connectivity, manage network cleanliness, and act as a liaison between our business and IoT providers. This position requires excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and strong communication abilities to keep internal stakeholders informed during outages.</p><h3>What You Will Bring to ChargePoint</h3><ul><li>Monitor and maintain the connectivity of IoT devices across various cellular providers</li><li>Diagnose and troubleshoot connectivity issues, escalating to providers as necessary</li><li>Open and manage support tickets with IoT providers to resolve network issues</li><li>Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, providing timely updates during outages and incidents</li><li>Collaborate with the business to support new initiatives and ensure seamless integration with IoT providers</li><li>Identify and develop automation of repetitive and bulk tasks</li><li>Identify and report upon bug patterns.
