<div>At Modo Energy, we're building the global standard for benchmarking and valuing the world's electrification assets - unlocking returns for battery energy storage, solar, wind and data centres.</div>The roleWe are looking for a talented Video Producer to join our growing marketing team and help translate complex energy and economic concepts into compelling visual and audio narratives.This role requires both technical expertise in production and the curiosity to understand and effectively communicate high-level subject matter.The ideal candidate combines creative thinking with quick learning abilities and has an interest in energy, economics, or technology. You will play a central role in creating both long-form podcasts and videos (for professional, B2B audiences)and short-form content (for LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and X) – all with the goal of marketing Modo effectively to our global audience.Responsibilities<ul><li>Produce and edit high-quality video and audio content covering complex energy software, market trends, and economic analysis.</li><li>Manage the complete post-production workflow including video editing, podcast editing, audio clean-up, and colour grading.</li><li>Operate cameras and audio equipment, and organise lean shoots both within Modo Energy offices and on-location when necessary.</li><li>Create engaging short-form video assets (clips, reels, teasers) optimised for distribution across multiple platforms, ensuring content is accessible and engaging for B2B audiences.</li><li>Develop long-form podcasts and videos, working with research and marketing teams to ensure accuracy while maintaining narrative quality and professional polish.</li><li>Collaborate closely with our marketing team to ensure content supports growth, distribution, and brand awareness objectives.</li><li>Maintain consistent brand standards across all video and audio content, and optimise for various distribution channels.</li><li>Support filming, camera work, and production logistics from concept to final delivery.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Experience with editing softwares such as Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, Davinci Resolve (or similar) with strong skills in audio editing, colour grading, and post-production workflows.</li><li>Experience creating and optimising both long-form podcasts/videos and short-form content for B2B or SaaS audiences.</li><li>Hands-on experience with camera and audio equipment.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in any field, or equivalent professional experience with demonstrated continuous learning and ability to work with complex subject matter.</li><li>Strong communication skills for collaborative work, with genuine curiosity about energy markets, economics, or technology sectors.</li><li>Experience creating educational, explanatory, or professional marketing content is highly desirable.</li></ul>Additional Skills That Stand Out<ul><li>Graphic design skills (e.g. Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva) and/or broader content marketing experience.</li><li>Filming and camera experience including lighting setups and on-location shoots.</li><li>Familiarity with motion graphics and animation tools (After Effects, Blender, Cinema 4D, Unreal Engine,or similar).</li><li>Channel management experience (YouTube Studio, LinkedIn, TikTok, or similar analytics platforms).</li><li>Previous experience working with technical or complex subject matter.</li></ul>Important Details<ul><li>We are an in-person company that values collaboration and team culture.
