Candidates must maintain strict confidentiality, demonstrating integrity, discretion, commitment to data privacy, and sound judgment in sensitive situations</li></ul>WHAT YOU'LL DO<ul><li>Manage daily office operations at the Vienna headquarters and virtual office in Berlin, including front desk management, mail and shipping services, visitor coordination, vendor management, office supplies procurement, and workspace organization</li><li>Support with three Office Weeks annually, coordinating logistics, managing budgets, and maintaining vendor relationships</li><li>Provide logistical support for on-site events, including management meetings, candidate interviews, Seller Days, and other company gatherings</li><li>Develop and propose innovative solutions to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance convenience across office operations</li><li>Build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders to establish an effective network</li></ul>  Compensation: The CBA minimum remuneration for this role is EUR 2,195 per month (EUR 30,730 annually).
