Join us and help meet one of the most important energy challenges of our time while building a rewarding career. Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Account Manager (AM) to lead client relationships, drive business growth, and ensure strategic alignment within our Solar and Storage Operations and Maintenance (O&amp;M) division, Cypress Creek Solutions. The AM will be responsible for cultivating long-term relationships, achieving revenue targets, and delivering exceptional client experiences. This role requires strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage complex client portfolios.Client Relationship Management<ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for client escalations and strategic discussions.</li><li>Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster trust, loyalty, and collaboration.</li><li>Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities.</li></ul>Revenue Growth and Account Development<ul><li>Achieve revenue targets through effective account management and strategic growth initiatives.</li><li>Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities, tracking progress in the CRM to ensure closure.</li><li>Respond to customer RFPs by developing and furnishing tailored proposals that align with client needs.</li><li>Develop and execute comprehensive Account Plans to meet both client and company goals.</li></ul>Contract and Financial Oversight<ul><li>Negotiate contracts, renewals, and pricing agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives.</li><li>Monitor account profitability and proactively address any financial challenges to meet revenue targets.</li><li>Act as the escalation point for financial issues, working with clients to resolve disputes or concerns.</li></ul>Client Advocacy and Feedback<ul><li>Act as the voice of the client within the organization, ensuring internal teams align with client priorities and expectations.</li><li>Gather and analyze strategic client feedback to guide product and service improvements.</li><li>Manage and enhance overall customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.</li></ul>New Business Onboarding<ul><li>Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition to operational teams.</li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to set clear expectations and deliver an excellent client onboarding experience.</li></ul>QualificationsEducation and Experience<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, renewable energy, or a related field (or equivalent experience) with a strong preference for a Bachelors or advanced degree in Renewable Energy studies.</li><li>5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role, preferably in the renewable energy or technology sector.</li></ul>Skills and Competencies<ul><li>Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.</li><li>Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.</li><li>Experience with CRM tools and account planning strategies.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Ability to manage complex client portfolios and navigate challenging situations effectively.</li></ul>Key Competencies<ul><li>Strategic Focus: Ability to align client needs with company goals to drive mutual success.</li><li>Client-Centric Approach: Commitment to delivering exceptional service and building long-term partnerships.</li><li>Results-Oriented: A proactive mindset focused on achieving financial and operational goals.</li><li>Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.</li></ul>Be part of a growing team at the forefront of renewable energy solutions.
