Job Functions <ul><li>Support Level 1 &amp; 2 technical assistance</li><li>Incident and problem resolution</li><li>Network troubleshooting to diagnose any issue and escalate</li><li>Endpoint (W11) and Application Support</li><li>Administration of Office365, Active Directory, InTune, and Windows Server</li><li>Some non-business hour support may be required.</li></ul> Job Description The candidate for this position will act as a first point of contact for incidents and requests; troubleshooting and diagnostics on the network; assist with Windows server administration; assist with MS 365 administration; assist with on-boarding and off-boarding processes; assist with maintenance and configuration of enterprise assets; contribute to team discussions and ideas. It is expected that the selected candidate for this position will be eager to learn they system, grow into new technologies, and strengthen existing skills.  The candidate will have support and guidance but should have confidence to take actions based on tasks, needs, or new discoveries. There will be some travel involved depending on project needs. Required Qualifications <ul><li>5 years of experience in a professional information technology environment</li><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or technical discipline. <ul><li>equivalent working experience may be considered</li></ul></li><li>Experience with Microsoft products including: O365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Windows Server, Azure Active Directory, Windows 11 environment, Advanced Threat Protection, PowerShell scripting.</li><li>1-2 years of experience with either:<ul><li>Windows Server deployment, troubleshooting, and administration </li><li>MS 365 online administration</li></ul></li><li>1-2 years of experience with network administration</li><li>Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and fast-paced IT environment with a positive attitude. </li><li>Ability act on own initiative while maintaining effective relationships with management, co-workers and clients. </li><li>Ability to cooperate with the team to provide assistance, solutions, and troubleshooting.</li></ul> Preferred Tools / Process Experience <ul><li>Familiarity with SharePoint development </li><li>Atlassian Jira and Confluence </li><li>Experience with Windows endpoint management.</li><li>Proficiency with Active Directory Group Policy Management and Windows PowerShell scripting (working with cloud with PS) </li><li>Experience with network administration including troubleshooting switches, routers, firewalls, network traffic analysis and network security.
