Asset Oversight<ul><li>Coordinate with On-Street Operations Lead on vehicle and fleet readiness </li><li>Ensure depot vehicles (e.g., vans, workshop equipment) are serviced, safe, and operational </li><li>Maintain and manage a depot asset log, including tools, vehicles, and charging infrastructure </li><li>Support in the scheduling and tracking of fleet servicing and repairs </li></ul>Performance &amp; Quality Control<ul><li>Monitor depot KPIs and drive continuous improvement </li><li>Support the central performance team with standards checks, data, and reporting </li><li>Assist in rolling out new procedures, systems, and operational improvements </li><li>Take part in or lead quality spot checks across the scheme or nearby sites as needed </li></ul>Training &amp;
