This role will support DHS OHS’s Total Workforce Protection Directorate, which implements and oversees DHS workforce, health, safety, and medical programs. For more information, visit cadmusgroup.com.<h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul> <li>Provide programmatic and technical support across a workforce protection portfolio spanning occupational medicine, occupational safety and health, organizational wellness, veterinary medicine, industrial hygiene, work-life and oversight of dependent care programs, and psychological health.</li> <li>Support program planning, execution, and continuous improvement activities for workforce protection programs; develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and action trackers.</li> <li>Draft, review, and update policies, procedures, and guidance that enable consistent workforce protection practices.</li> <li>Compile, analyze, and synthesize program data; develop dashboards and reports.</li> <li>Prepare executive-level briefings, white papers, talking points, and communication products for key stakeholders.</li> <li>Support stakeholder engagement activities including meeting support and facilitation.</li> <li>Develop and support training, awareness, and outreach materials related to workforce protection programs.</li> <li>Support surge or crisis-related workforce protection activities.</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2><ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in relevant field like Public Health, Occupational/Environmental Health, Industrial Hygiene, Psychology/Behavioral Health, Veterinary/Public Health, Health Sciences; advanced degree preferred.</li> <li>At least five years of relevant experience supporting workforce protection programs.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience developing, reviewing, and implementing policies, procedures, guidance, and programs for large organizations.</li> <li>Ability to earn security clearance and/or DHS Suitability – requires U.S. citizenship.</li> <li>Proficiency in relevant software programs such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.</li> <li>Preference given to those with experience in government consulting.</li> <li>Strong research, analysis, communication (written and oral), management, and organizational skills, and attention to detail.</li> <li>Limited travel may be required.</li></ul>Additional Information: Based on eligibility and job status, Cadmus offers an excellent benefits package to include: medical, dental, vision, company paid disability and life insurance, 401(k) program, paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, voluntary time off (VTO), tuition reimbursement, adoption assistance program, other optional benefits and various bonus programs. The expected salary range for this position is $85,000-$135,000.
