You will primarily support R&amp;D and Engineering, as well as other departments at QuantumScape.  What you’ll do:<ul><li>Source candidates: Identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including online databases, job boards, social media platforms (such as LinkedIn), professional networks, and employee referrals.</li><li>Employ advanced sourcing techniques: Utilize complex search techniques, such as Boolean search and data mining, to uncover passive candidates for hard-to-fill positions.</li><li>Build talent pipelines: Proactively cultivate and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.</li><li>Engage with candidates: Reach out to potential candidates through personalized communication to generate interest in open positions and the company brand.</li><li>Conduct initial screening: Perform an initial assessment of candidates to evaluate their skills, qualifications, and potential fit for specific roles.</li><li>Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers: Partner with the recruitment team and hiring managers to understand specific talent needs, define candidate profiles, and develop effective sourcing strategies.</li><li>Maintain database records: Use the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to record and track candidate data, ensuring all information is current and accurate.</li><li>Coordinate scheduling support as needed: Partner with People Operations to assist with scheduling interviews when required, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience.</li></ul> Skills you’ll need:<ul><li>3+ years of proven talent sourcing experience preferable in technical industries.</li><li>Familiarity with modern sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean search, social media, and professional networking sites.</li><li>Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR databases.</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Strong research and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to sourcing.</li><li>Exceptional time management and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.</li></ul> ONSITE: This position is required to work onsite 4-5 days per week to meet the minimum essential duties and requirements of this position.  As an on-site R&amp;D and manufacturing operations organization, in-person face to face interaction is essential to building authentic relationships, trust, teamwork, and collaboration.  Compensation &amp; Benefits: Expected hourly rate range for this role is between $40-45/hr, and a final figure will be determined by the candidate's experience and educational background.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
