We’re a bunch of hard working transit nerds, we solve meaningful problems, we move fast. What You'll Do:<ul><li>Design and deliver 360 campaigns across audiences: riders, commercial partners, investors, and internal teams.</li><li>Typical projects include product launches, events packages, promotional campaigns, investor presentations, video storyboards, web pages and components, brand package for new transit services, social media templates, editorial design for whitepapers and more. Typical deliverables span digital, video and print.</li><li>Develop thoughtful creative strategy that meets the brief, and deliver work that has an impact. </li><li>Collaborate with other designers and other disciplines across the organization to understand goals &amp; constraints.</li><li>Understand the impact of your work and refine based on in-market performance.  </li><li>Bring a systems approach to your work - design for scale.</li></ul>Who You Are:<ul><li>Minimum of 3+ years of experience in designing and delivering top quality designs. </li><li>Brand: You can create a brand from scratch, or inject new flavor in an existing brand.</li><li>Interactive: You can design responsive landing pages and components.</li><li>Growth mindset: Take feedback onboard and proactively push beyond your comfort zone to progress. Proven ability to try new tools and expand your skillset.</li><li>Communication: Ability to present to a non-designer audience and advocate for design excellence. Strong emotional intelligence and sound judgment.</li><li>Highly organized and detail-oriented: nothing slips through the cracks on your watch.</li><li>Comfortable working with ambiguity, juggling multiple priorities, and adapting on the fly.</li><li>Unflappable under pressure: you stay calm, clear-headed, and focused when the stakes are high.</li><li>Curious, proactive, and solution-oriented: you’re always two steps ahead.</li><li>Expertise in Figma (libraries, components, auto-layout etc.), Adobe suite (digital and large-scale print formats), AI (generative tools).</li><li>Animation: Bonus points if you can make things move and give life to them!</li></ul>Compensation and Benefits:<ul><li style="font-weight:400;">Final salary will be determined by the candidate’s experience, knowledge, and skills.
