We’re a bunch of hard working transit nerds, we solve meaningful problems, we move fast. What You'll Do:<ul><li>You will design and deliver 360 campaigns across audiences: riders, commercial partners, investors, and internal teams.</li><li>Typical projects include product launches, events packages, promotional campaigns, investor presentations, video storyboards, web pages and components, brand package for new transit services, social media templates, editorial design for whitepapers and more. Typical deliverables span digital, video and print.</li><li>Develop thoughtful creative strategy that meets the brief, and deliver work that has an impact.</li><li>Understand the impact of your work and refine based on in-market performance.  </li><li>Bring a systems approach to your work - design for scale.</li></ul>Who You Are:<ul><li>Minimum of 7+ years of experience in designing and delivering top quality designs. </li><li>Proven ability to lead and deliver high-stake, multi-touchpoint programs.</li><li>Brand: You can create a brand from scratch, or inject new flavor in an existing brand.</li><li>Interactive: You can design responsive landing pages and components.</li><li>Business impact: You measure what can be, and drive for tangible impact.</li><li>Mentor: Role model to more junior members of the team.</li><li>Team player: Collaborative. Ability to work with other designers and other disciplines across the organization: wider marketing department, commercial team, exec team, product team.
