AECOM is seeking a Change Manager - Airport to join our team. This position is based on-site, out of Mississauga. We are seeking professionals to join our team to help us build one of the most advanced, sustainable and passenger-friendly airports in the world.    <ul><li>Coordinates the interface with other program controls disciplines and with program delivery with the intent of effectively coordinating change management.</li><li>Providing oversight and assurance on the application of consistent change management practices within a particular program.</li><li>Responsible for providing quality control and assurance of change requests and other related change documentation.</li><li>Responsible for reporting change management information to the program’s Leadership and Executive teams and identifying items for escalation.</li><li>Responsible for maintaining change management trackers and logs for the program and working with the program delivery team to communicate change decisions.</li><li>Responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvement and collaborating with the other change coordinators to implement actions.</li><li>Coaching, mentoring, and supporting the career development of Airport staff.</li></ul>
