AECOM is seeking an Assistant Office Engineer to be based in Rocky Hill, CT.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:<ul><li>Establish and maintain document control processes and procedures for construction projects.</li><li>Organize, manage, and distribute project documents, including RFI’s, submittals, drawings, specifications, and contracts.</li><li>Track document revisions, approvals, and distribution in accordance with project timelines and requirements.</li><li>Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely retrieval and submission of documents.</li><li>Ensure all documentation is in compliance with regulatory and company standards.</li><li>Maintain and update project files, including drawings</li><li>Prepare regular progress reports on the project status, highlighting issues that need attention.</li><li>Help with reviewing contracts and ensuring compliance with project specifications.</li></ul>
