Let’s build a brighter energy future together!  Responsibilities/Job Description   You’ll work on multiple projects in Human Resources/Talent Acquisition:•    Digitize employee files                                               •    Onboarding process mapping             •    Data collection and sharing for onboarding and exit interviews/surveys •    Career ladder/development for roles                      •    L&amp;D curriculum structure  •    Enhancing of employee engagement                                          •    Recruiting outreach - colleges/universities/diversity groups •    TA networking and events for talent pipelines •    Tracking student employee graduation expectations for potential full-time opportunities Education/Experience/SkillsWe are seeking an undergraduate student to begin in May 2026 through the end of July/beginning of August 2026.  This student will be entering their Junior or Senior year working towards their Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a business-related major. Students who will have already graduated by summer 2026 and Masters level students will not be considered. This is a paid position working on-site approximately 40 hours per week Monday through Friday at our US headquarters in Alpharetta, GA.  Housing assistance is not provided so local candidates are preferred. If you are motivated and eager to learn and consider yourself a team player who thrives in collaborative environments, we look forward to your application!
