If you are looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, we encourage you to apply.<ul><li>Provide technical support for production issues and improvements.</li><li>Assist sourcing in vendor-related issues and improvements.</li><li>Ensure product updates for regulatory compliance and manage customer-driven customizations and OEM projects.</li><li>Engage in value engineering, cost reduction, and the introduction of new processes.</li><li>Support after-sales organization in resolving field issues.</li><li>Offer technical guidance to internal and external customers, especially to Production Departments.</li><li>Maintain products for agency listings (UL, UKCA, CE, TUV, IMQ, etc.) and compliance with design standards (Machinery Directive, Technical Standards, etc.), safety, and environmental regulations (RoHs, REACH, etc.).</li><li>Implement Engineering Change Notices for products built on-site.</li><li>Develop and implement Product Change Requests according to Engineering Change Notice approvals, adhering to company policies.</li><li>Collaborate with Quality, Production, and Manufacturing Engineering to monitor production processes and product testing capabilities, identifying and prioritizing issues, and detailing necessary changes.</li><li>Understand the basics of the Engineering Change process.</li><li>Helps the work of factories abroad</li><li>Preparation of ECR/ECN package based upon sustaining changes and/or release of product extensions.</li><li>Supporting with tooling modifications and implements new tooling as necessary for the creation of product extensions and new products</li><li>Ensures proper functioning of assembly and test fixtures.  Providing input to the design of new assembly and test fixtures. </li><li>Validation of alternate components, manufacturing processes and/or suppliers, supporting the implementation of cost reduction initiatives</li><li>Review and support the introduction of new product designs ensuring manufacturability.  Interacts with design teams to determine the qualification and manufacturability of new technologies.</li></ul>Required Knowledge, Experience, Skills, and Qualifications<ul><li>B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field required with 2+ years professional experience preferred.
