This role involves a combination of research, data analysis, and hands on work to improve efficiency, safety, and sustainability in the production of Vertical Turbine Pump.Consult with, report to, and seek direction from current Manufacturing Engineering oversight/staff with the following responsibilities: Research and Development • Collaborate with cross functional teamsProcess Design and Optimization • Design and plan production processes • Optimize processes for efficiency and cost effectiveness• Optimize facility layouts to eliminate waste and improve productivityTroubleshoot and resolve production issuesSafety and Environmental Compliance • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols • Implement and maintain safety procedures • Monitor and mitigate potential environmental impactsQuality Control and Assurance • Develop and implement quality control procedures • Conduct quality assurance testing • Ensure product consistency and quality standards are metProject Management • Plan and coordinate projects from conception to completion • Manage timelines and budgets • Communicate with stakeholders and provide project updatesTechnical Support • Provide technical support to colleagues and clients • Troubleshoot technical issues • Train and educate team members on new processes or productsDocumentation and Reporting • Maintain accurate records and documentation • Prepare reports on production processes and results • Present findings and recommendations to management or clients.
