We invest in our people for the long term and are committed to supporting their development at every stage of their career.The Strategic Finance team is seeking an Associate to join our team. This is a generalist role that provides the opportunity to work within the different verticals in Strategic Finance based on company and team priorities / initiatives.Strategic Finance is responsible for the firm financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and other financial analyses utilized by Senior Management.   Primary Responsibilities <ul><li>Contribute to the development and maintenance of complex models covering profitability, ROI, P&amp;L attribution, and new initiative build-outs </li><li>Enhance the scope and content of existing reporting &amp; analyses to better serve a growing stakeholder base </li><li>Source and analyze data for annual budget, 5-year plan, and monthly forecasts utilized by Apollo Management </li><li>Assist with design, implementation, and user-testing of systems-based special projects </li></ul>Common to all primary responsibilities: <ul><li>Produces high quality, timely and insightful information to help senior leadership manage the firm and set direction </li><li>Responds in a timely manner to all ad hoc questions and requests for information </li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>3+ years of financial analysis experience, ideally in Investment Banking, FP&amp;A, Big-4 valuation or advisory services </li><li>Highly analytical; Excellent Excel-based modeling skills are required </li><li>Exceptional PowerPoint presentation skills are required </li><li>Strong analytical thinking and financial reasoning capabilities with ability to think creatively </li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills </li><li>Flexible and comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly demanding, rapidly changing environment </li><li>Operates with high energy and a "can do" attitude </li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills </li></ul>OUR PURPOSE AND CORE VALUESOur clients rely on our investment acumen to help secure their future.
