Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1>1.Developing business Targets related to China automotive market.2.Achievement of Sales Strategic Business Plan :- whilst upholding corporate targets, quality and compliance expectations, and project timelines..3. Identify and gain new business opportunities; drive RFQs and create a win-win environment with support from other functions, such as engineering and purchasing.4. Pricing negotiation (cost impact by design change &amp; material escalator and YoY) with responsible accounts.5.Minimize on AR, and take effective actions to resolve any such cases6. Be window contact for responsible account(s), support quality and engineering for problem-solving and interface with all Regional based Account Executives on Global activity of these customers.7.Negotiate purchasing conditions / contracts with support/guidance of Legal Dept.8.Interface between VC Sales , BU’s and Customer Departments as necessary<h1>Qualifications:</h1>1.Minimum 3 years sales experience in Automotive Account Management2.Experience / Exposure to Chinese Market Environment3.Previous experience of working with Chinese OEM’s / Tier 1’s/ Tier 2’s  is advantageous4.Experience &amp; solid understanding of Chinese automotive industry Strong negotiation and communication skills5.Good coordination both externally and internally6.Frequent travels, 70-80% timeBe flexible enough to deal with different customers and dynamic ChinaThe Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
