Responsibilities / TasksI       Liquid Process Engineering - Dairy &amp; Beverages<ul><li>Understand the Contractual/sales technical requirements</li><li>Prepare P&amp;IDs with tags &amp; sizes - for process with support of design team</li><li>Prepare Utility P&amp;IDs/schematics for utilities - as required</li><li>Prepare technical request for Qtns (RFQ) - Process Compo, Valves &amp; Equip</li><li>Prepare technical request for Qtns (RFQ) - Process Instruments</li><li>Prepare technical request for Qtns (RFQ) - Utility components &amp; Valves</li><li>Technical specs for process Tanks, Ordering, GA Drwg review &amp; approval</li><li>Prepare Utility Consumption List</li><li>Ordering and technical clarifications to suppliers</li><li>Prepare Equipment list with details on components/equip</li><li>Prepare process description for automation</li><li>Process automation FAT,actions for corrections if any</li><li>Support on BOM for installation</li></ul>II      Layouts &amp; Installation support<ul><li>Prepare Equipment Layout ( with design team)</li><li>Review Piping 3D Layout ( with design team)</li><li>Valve matrix / Clusters - 3 D review as per process</li><li>Review Installation Material - support to design team/PM</li><li>Support to site installation team on required info/clarification</li><li>Final installation inspection/Walkthrough to ensure installation as per P&amp;ID</li></ul>               III     Process Commissioning<ul><li>Support to PM for preparing commissioning schedule</li><li>I/O testing, instrument Settings/Calibration- Support to automation team</li><li>Process Lines/Equip Flushing, Sequence testing with water</li><li>CIP testing/commissioning for all objects/process units</li><li>Product tests/Settings and product trials</li><li>Operators training, training material, Process Operation Documents</li><li>Support for Project Closer-Punchlist closer, tech support during initial productions if any</li></ul>           IV    Other Support on Process Engg<ul><li>Support to Sales Team for technical review, new solutions, utility consumption etc</li><li>Support to Service team to develop process solution to address the issue &amp; support for execution</li><li>Support the standardization activities for liquid process</li><li>Support and guide junior process engineers on engg/commissioning</li></ul>Key Performance Indicators<ul><li>Customer (internal/external) satisfaction.</li><li>Timely completion with no issues on process engineering/commissioning</li><li>Required documentation for project execution</li><li>Compliance with process requirements of projects.</li></ul>Key Focus Areas<ul><li>Quality &amp; speed of process engineering &amp; commissioning</li><li>Implementation of GEA standards</li><li>Continuous improvements and learnings</li><li>Sustainable process solutions</li><li>Clear communication with stakeholders</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>Engineering qualification in Dairy/Food Eng, Chemical Eng or Mechanical Eng</li><li>Work experience in Dairy &amp; Beverage Engineering companies</li><li>Work experience of minimum 8-10 years for Sr Process Engineer in similar functions in a Food, Dairy or Beverage process engineering organization incl.</li><li>Good Understanding &amp; Knowledge on process eng for dairy &amp; beverage operations</li><li>Good understanding on components used in liquid food industries</li><li>Understanding on Energy &amp; Mass balancing across the process operations</li><li>Fluent in English (verbal and written)</li><li>Open minded to new ideas and innovation (change champion)</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills</li><li>Good communicator to present technical solutions</li><li>Works on multiple projects/tasks if required</li><li>Lead the project on technical side.</li><li>Team player, self-motivated, go-getter</li></ul>Did we spark your interest?
