In this role, you’ll shape system architectures, define product requirements, lead trade studies, and guide integration, verification, and validation efforts. Clear, confident communication across engineering, quality, manufacturing, and executive teams is essential.Your job:<ul><li>Gain deep technical insight into complex systems across their full lifecycle—from concept to deployment—by working hands-on with hardware, developing automation scripts, and building custom APIs.</li><li>Lead cross-functional engineering efforts for small to mid-sized product developments, including driving trade studies, coordinating design reviews, and aligning technical decisions with program goals.</li><li>Architect and evolve MBSE models using SysML and related tools to define system behavior, structure, and interfaces.
