We believe that, together, we can create a brighter, more sustainable future while tackling the most pressing challenges of the 21st century.We are looking for a Production Schedule Analyst to join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies.  This role will report to Sr. Manager, Production Scheduling and based in Newark, DE.  This is a fully on-site, in office role.Role and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Establish the production schedule in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system by firming, releasing and tracking the flow of work orders</li><li>Serve as a single point of contact to the Manufacturing organization on material availability status for assigned production work centers</li><li>Contribute to the design of digital scheduling tools and automation processes to streamline scheduling activities.</li><li>Drive transaction discipline to ensure manufacturing reports each milestone operation in the ERP system and track timely review and close of work orders.</li><li>Develop and manage detailed production schedules aligned with material availability, labor capacity, and customer delivery requirements.</li><li>Partner with IT and Continuous Improvement teams to develop data-driven solutions for workflow optimization and predictive scheduling.</li><li>Monitor the integrity between engineering and manufacturing Build of Materials (BOMs)</li><li>Review and approve engineering change orders, planning BOMs and deviation requests</li><li>Conduct daily/weekly production meetings to communicate plan updates and schedule adherence.</li><li>Track the accuracy of manufacturing routing and work closely with manufacturing engineers on the optimization of all routing steps and standard operations</li><li>Monitor work order aging in the ERP system and continuously drive for reductions in Work in Progress (WIP) inventory</li><li>Collaborate with all functions to ensure buy-in and adherence to the production schedule</li><li>Contributor to the implementation of all materials affected on Engineering Change Notices</li><li>Leverage advanced data analytics skills for extracting and analyzing large data sets.</li><li>Perform data analysis to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities in production performance.</li><li>Monitor work order progress and proactively identify bottlenecks or constraints impacting output.</li><li>Collaborate with procurement, engineering, and production teams to align build plans with demand</li><li>Some flexibility to work off shifts may be required depending on business needs</li></ul>Skills and Experience:  <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or Industrial Engineering</li><li>American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS) Certification preferred</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in Inventory Management, Production Planning and/or Scheduling</li><li>Experience using Oracle ERP or similar ERP systems and MES systems highly desirable</li><li>Experience using Planning / Scheduling software or similar high level tools highly desirable</li><li>Excellent oral and written communications skills</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with Excel experience and attention to details</li><li>Ability to work cross-functionally to develop best solutions for the company</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment</li><li>Self-starter with ability to complete activities with minimal direction</li><li>Proficiency with MS Office Suite</li></ul>Physical Requirements:<ul><li>Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in required areas (safety glasses, safety-toed boots).</li><li>Ability to stand/walk for up to 4 hours per shift</li><li>Navigate the facility throughout the day</li><li>Occasionally lift/carry up to 15 pounds</li><li>Visual acuity sufficient for product inspection, computer editing and review of digital/printed materials</li><li>Hearing ability to detect alarms and communicate effectively with staff</li><li> Ability to perform essential tasks with or without reasonable accommodation</li></ul>Bloom Energy is an equal opportunity employer and makes employment decisions on the basis of merit.
