If you have at least 3 years’ experience in sales engineering within our sectors and thrive working independently, we want to hear from you!Why Aggreko?<ul><li>Be part of a dynamic, expert, and innovative team recognized as an industry leader.</li><li>Work in a collaborative environment that values diversity and personal growth.</li><li>Enjoy the flexibility of a mobile/home office role with opportunities for travel.</li><li>Make a real impact by delivering solutions that power progress for our customers.</li></ul>What You’ll Do<ul><li>Build and grow Aggreko’s business through direct sales of rental contracts in power generation, electrical distribution, HVAC, and oil-free air compressor sectors.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, while actively acquiring new clients.</li><li>Identify new opportunities and applications within your territory.</li><li>Prepare quotes, negotiate contracts, and secure orders by delivering compelling presentations to senior customer stakeholders.</li><li>Manage complex projects and key accounts, ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded.</li><li>Provide technical support in collaboration with our technical department and ensure excellent after-sales service.</li><li>Uphold the highest standards of business ethics, safety, and compliance with local and EU regulations.</li></ul>What We’re Looking For<ul><li>Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Sales Engineer, ideally in an international environment.</li><li>Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering results.</li><li>Basic knowledge of electrical engineering and a general understanding of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC, and/or oil-free air compressors.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree.</li><li>Advanced English (mandatory); French or another European language is an advantage.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Project) and CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics, etc.).</li><li>Valid B category driver’s licence with a clean record.</li><li>Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work autonomously.</li><li>Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.</li><li>Customer-oriented, commercially minded, and entrepreneurial spirit.</li></ul><div></div>Ready to take the next step in your career?
