How You’ll Make an Impact  <ul><li>Shipping &amp; Handling</li><li>Prepare, pack, and ship aftermarket transformer parts according to company and customer specifications. </li><li>Verify shipping documentation (packing lists, transport outlines) and ensure compliance with Incoterms and export regulations. </li><li>Coordinate with carriers for domestic and international shipments; manage freight collect or prepaid arrangements. </li><li>Inventory Management </li><li>Pull and stage parts for customer orders and internal requests. </li><li>Stock incoming parts accurately in designated locations.</li><li>Maintain real-time inventory records in ERP/WMS systems. </li><li>Goods Receipt &amp; Issuance Inspect incoming goods for damage or discrepancies; document and report issues. </li><li>Process goods receipt transactions promptly in the system. </li><li>Issue parts for production or customer orders, ensuring proper documentation and traceability. </li><li>Compliance &amp; Safety Follow all safety protocols for handling heavy transformer components. </li><li>Ensure adherence to company quality standards and ISO procedures.</li><li>Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and quality standards.</li><li>Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.</li></ul>Your Background  <ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; technical or logistics certification preferred. </li><li>2+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory control (preferably in electrical or industrial parts). </li><li>Familiarity with ERP systems and warehouse management tools.</li><li>Ability to operate forklifts and lifting equipment safely.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. </li><li>Knowledge of Incoterms, export documentation, and freight coordination. </li><li>Physical ability to handle heavy parts and work in warehouse conditions.</li><li>Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.</li></ul>More About Us  We pride ourselves on offering a holistic range of competitive benefits to support your financial, physical and mental wellbeing and personal development.
