The Commercial Solutions Delivery lead is responsible for overseeing business analysts, administrators, and developers in the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce and related Commercial Applications. This role includes leading and coaching BAs through all project phases - planning, analysis, detailed design, collaboration with development teams, testing, implementation, and transition to support. It also ensures that admins and developers deliver solutions aligned with best practices and approved designs.
