You will build analytics that empower our customers to evaluate and improve product performance, spot churn risks, and make evidence-based decisions that help them win in their chosen markets.</li><li>Champion the Voice of the Customer: You will go beyond the metrics to deeply understand the humans behind the API keys. You will establish continuous feedback loops with our three core personas - Developers, Product Managers, and Support Ops - to ensure our platform enables them to deliver a seamless experience to their end users. You will bridge the gap between backend complexity and frontend usability, ensuring that our tools empower our customers to build trust and engagement with the millions of end users that will be connected through Enode.</li><li>Drive self-serve at scale: You will ruthlessly prioritize automation and in-platform guidance to reduce cost-to-serve.
