Solar energy is critical in driving our nation’s progress toward a decarbonized grid, and you will play a material role in helping our team make this future a reality. This unique market opportunity, paired with Energy Solutions mission driven approach, creates a perfect environment for individuals who want to have an active voice in shaping the energy future.  The person filling this role will be required to work in a hybrid work environment adjacent to one of our offices (Chicago, IL, Oakland, CA or Portland, OR) and expected to be in the office a minimum of once a week.  Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to: <ul><li style="font-family:'times new roman' , times , serif;font-size:14pt;">Process complex project applications according to documented standard operating procedures </li><li style="font-family:'times new roman' , times , serif;font-size:14pt;">Track progress of work assignments, including work to be done and work completed </li><li style="font-family:'times new roman' , times , serif;font-size:14pt;">Provide professional written communication/questions to customers who have submitted applications </li><li style="font-family:'times new roman' , times , serif;font-size:14pt;">Communicate with other team members and supervisors using collaboration tools to resolve application questions </li><li style="font-family:'times new roman' , times , serif;font-size:14pt;">Maintain a high degree of efficiency and accuracy while under time constraints </li><li style="font-family:'times new roman' , times , serif;font-size:14pt;">Participate in team meetings and complete regular training sessions to expand program knowledge </li></ul> Minimum qualifications:  <ul><li>A bachelor’s degree or </li><li>A minimum of 2 years of work experience or tenure in related position(s) in lieu of a Bachelor's degree</li><li>Strong written communication skills (strong verbal skills a plus) </li><li>Computer literate with experience in MS Office Suite. Salesforce experience a plus </li></ul> The salary range for this role is $60,000–$70,000/annually with a target compensation of $66,500/annually based on experience and qualifications<div>Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes a generous retirement package.
