Your mission<br>                                <ul><li>you provide leadership to owner’s engineering team, optimize supervision efforts at different locations, including involvement of site and home office support</li><li>you are responsible to ensure a plant design in compliance with the relevant EHS and ESG requirements </li><li>you are responsible to control and ensure project engineering progress </li><li>you support the authority / permit engineering activities</li><li>you are supporting the Project Manager in change order handling/claims </li><li>you coordinate the completion of technical documentation, technical queries and ensure adequate resolution of these and assembly of final documentation</li></ul>                            Your profile<br>                                <ul><li>you have a substantial experience in engineering within chemical and energy related sectors</li><li>you have a demonstrated experience in managing and developing engineering teams / individuals</li><li>you have a solid understanding of project engineering workflows (from concept to execution and handover) in all engineering disciplines</li><li>you have good communication skills and English language skills</li><li>you have a high cross-cultural competence and ability to work in international teams</li></ul>                            We offer<br>                                <ul><li>Flexible working hours.</li><li>30 days of vacation (based on a 5-day week).</li><li>Onboarding program “Vulcan StarterDays.” Includes a visit to the power plant and a tour of our laboratory.</li><li>Sports and leisure activities—EGYM Wellpass for €15.00 incl.
